About
Construction of the directors own architecturally designed high specification three story home, with internal access garaging.
Total demolition of the existing house was done, cutting away the existing bank outside, installation of ground anchors and sprayed concrete to support it.
House is constructed of a concrete slab heated floor, with a mix of plastered precast concrete, and timber framed walls with stained cedar weatherboard cladding.
